Booking and Payment

Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from nimble-maple.

Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to secure bookings, typically 30% of the total cost
• Full payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your booking confirmation
• Payments must be made in GBP unless otherwise agreed
• We accept payment via bank transfer and major credit cards

Price Changes

Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust prices for new bookings due to changes in exchange rates, taxes, or service provider costs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellation

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: 25% of total cost
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• 15-29 days before departure: 75% of total cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost

Our Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or transportation failures.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other potential issues. Travel insurance is not included in our service pricing unless explicitly stated.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all travel documents including passports and visas are valid and appropriate for your destination
• Complying with health requirements including vaccinations
• Arriving at departure points at designated times
• Providing accurate information during the booking process
• Reviewing and understanding itinerary details

Limitations of Liability

nimble-maple acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers including hotels, airlines, and tour operators. While we carefully select partners, we are not liable for their actions or failures to perform.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or service provider changes. We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives.

Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please notify us immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 30 days of trip completion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and itineraries is the property of nimble-maple and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:
