The base fee covers itinerary design and planning. Actual travel costs including accommodations, transportation, and activities are billed separately based on your final itinerary.
Custom itineraries typically require four to six weeks from initial consultation to final delivery. Rush planning is available for an additional fee.

Unless specifically stated, prices do not include international flights for European or international trips, travel insurance, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, or optional activities beyond the planned schedule.
We recommend booking UK trips at least four weeks ahead, European trips eight weeks ahead, and international expeditions twelve weeks ahead. This ensures availability at our preferred accommodations and gives us time to arrange special access where needed.
