After you reach out, one of our travel coordinators will review your request and respond with initial thoughts and next steps. If we seem like a good fit, we will schedule a more detailed consultation to discuss your travel vision.

We will ask questions about your interests, travel style, timing, and budget. This helps us understand what will make your trip meaningful.
Based on our conversation, we create a preliminary itinerary with accommodation suggestions, activities, and estimated costs.
You review the proposal and provide feedback. We adjust until the plan feels exactly right.
Once approved, we handle all reservations and send you a complete travel pack with confirmations, maps, and recommendations.
During your trip, you have direct access to your coordinator for questions or assistance.
Share your destination ideas if you have them, approximate travel dates, duration, who is traveling, and any specific interests or requirements. If you are unsure about any of these, that is fine too.
Initial conversations are complimentary. We only charge when you decide to move forward with itinerary planning or booking.
It varies by destination and complexity. For UK trips, four weeks is usually sufficient. European trips benefit from eight weeks notice. International expeditions ideally need twelve weeks or more.
